Bus station: Route 342 at Playa de las Américas in the direction of El Portillo, stopping at Los Cristianos, Arona. La Escalona, Parador de Turismo and Las Cañadas del Teide.

From Reina Sofía Airport head east following the signs for the TF-64. Lave this road and join the Autopista del Sur/TF-1 via the slip road signposted for Los Cristianos. After 16 kilometres, leave by exit 72 following the signs for Los Cristianos. Get onto the TF-28. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Avenida Juan Carlos I/TF-665, still following the signs for Los Cristianos. Continue in the direction of Avenida Juan Carlos I. At the roundabout, take the first exit following the signs for Plaza de la Chayofita/TF-665. Continue in the direction of the TF-655. Then along Avenida Chayofita. Bare slightly left and continue along Avenida Chayofita. At the roundabout, take the second exit, following the signs for Av. De Finlandia. At the roundabout, take the first exit in the direction of Av. la Habana. Turn left at Paseo de Piconera, turn right and you will have reached Avenida de las Américas, which is where Mare Nostrum Resort is.
