Expogrupo regrets any inconvenience caused by the recent closure of the Spanair aircraft company and informs our guests and customers who had planned vacations and getaways with Spanair flights and reservations at any of our hotels that they can change the dates of the hotel reservation maintaining the same price* which they had previously booked.
What should I do if my flight is canceled?
Make a new reservation with new dates through the hotel's website.
Include in the Additional Comments field the Spanair flight number, the number of the flight ticket with Spanair and the number of the former hotel reservation.
- Once the new reservation is made, you will receive a new confirmation keeping the price of the previous reservation.
