Alma, the show staged by the Carmen Mota ballet company in 2010, surprised the audience with choreography based on pieces by well-known master composers and famous Spanish folk rhythms.
The audience travelled through a world ranging from the purest of flamenco to more innovative interpretations of this traditional Spanish music. Alma fused the traditional and the modern within the genre of 21st century Spanish dance.
